Nancy possesses extensive experience in healthcare administration and as a practicing clinician, with a career spanning four decades as a clinician, healthcare executive and consultant. She established Novia Solutions 15 years ago and has grown it to become one of the nation’s longest-established nurse-owned healthcare staffing firms providing interim and permanent placement services. Nancy has held executive leadership positions at Scripps Health and San Bernardino Community Hospital, both in California; Fort Hamilton-Hughes Memorial Hospital in Hamilton, Ohio; and Children’s Memorial Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.
Nancy holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and a BSN from Creighton University. She has served on the boards and leadership councils for a variety of professional healthcare organizations.
Senior Executive Healthcare Recruiter
Debbie leads Novia’s recruiting efforts to select highly qualified candidates for every interim engagement and permanent placement request. Debbie is an expert at scouring the country for the best healthcare leader candidates. She excels at finding candidates who are a perfect match for clients and provides top-notch service for throughout the recruiting process. Debbie’s background includes 20 years in healthcare staffing and recruitment for hospital clients for positions ranging from Educator to C-Suite in both clinical and non-clinical roles. Through the depth and breadth of her recruiting expertise, she honed her ability to identify candidates who are an exact match to the client’s position specifications and the overall organization.
Jenelle, who has been with Novia Solutions for nearly 10 years, facilitates the onboarding and credentialing efforts to ensure the smoothest transition for both the client and interim leader by customizing the process to meet the specific requirements of each client. Jenelle always strives to exceed expectations with her exceptional attention to detail, clear communication style, and significant critical thinking skills so that every interim leader arrives to the client site without delay and every permanent placement candidate is fully prepared for their interviewing process. Her passion for providing stellar service is evident through all of her interactions with clients and candidates. Andrea leads Novia’s marketing efforts with specific expertise in digital marketing strategies, and brings with her nearly 10 years of industry knowledge of healthcare staffing. Prior to joining Novia, Andrea held various positions as a healthcare recruiter and account manager where she developed a strong understanding of the specific challenges faced by both Novia’s clients and candidates. Andrea is committed to utilizing her understanding of client and candidate needs to provide them with valuable resources and industry content. Andrea holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
Victoria brings more than 25 years of accounting and financial analysis experience to her role as Finance Manager with Novia. Victoria is a dedicated financial expert who possesses solid financial analysis, along with budgeting and business expertise.
Prior to joining Novia, Victoria held a variety of financial leadership roles for multi-branch companies where she developed solid skills in financial analysis, accounting and operating procedures. Victoria studied Accounting and Business at Metro State College in Denver, Colorado.
